Sequoia Mental Health Services partners with Washington County to connect eligible clients with housing programs that promote long-term stability and recovery.

Available resources include the Shelter Plus Care (SPC) voucher, Regional Long-Term Rent Assistance (RLRA) and Sequoia’s own Rental Assistance Program (RAP). Each housing option offers varying levels of support based on individual needs—some include wraparound services, while others focus primarily on rental assistance.

Our team of Housing Case Managers assist with navigating the application process and provides continued support to help clients on their housing programs secure and maintain safe, affordable housing. Our Housing Case Managers can also complete housing assessments with any community member to determine what resources they may be eligible to receive.

Sequoia is proud to be an Equal Housing Opportunity provider.

Our Properties

As part of our mission to support individuals with severe and persistent mental health conditions, Sequoia Mental Health Services provides independent, community-based housing options.

We manage four apartment complexes and two transitional homes, offering stable living environments that promote recovery and independence. These properties are funded through a combination of sources, including Housing and Urban Development (HUD) programs, HOME Investment Partnership Program loans, and Community Development Block Grants (CDBG).
